This is a good start. I think they are on the right track. Unfortunetely the world has let America takd the riens. As we have seen under the current administration. If America does want the science it losses to other projects. So I think all reputable scientists should get on board.

For me this highlights the futility of sanctions. When governments allow their own countries companies to work in sanctioned states. It is not just Germany there are other countries firms making profits and paying taxes there!!!
