The jobs we (in finance) offshore are the jobs which are processes that can be systemised and easily converted to a trainable workflow. Level 1/2 analysts in ops.
So they are ripe candidates for automation and replacement by agentics. The roadmap is not a good for those guys.

Ive trained my replacement in Poland and Hungary before i clawed my way up into a position where i need to remain in a regulated branch in the West.
