Nothing more insane than all the Warhammer TV stuff being written and animated by the "Wahammer Story Forge".

100% an amazing bit of game design that was years ahead of its time. Also really easy to learn, you see first time players brains go click mid 1st turn.

Also great asysmetry- Khorne's win condition is really basic, so everyone gangs up on him.

It reminds me of the Cartlon Hobbes Sherlock Holmee Devil's Foot episode, where some one has clearly told the director that Cornish people dont sound like they're from Somerset ans so has gone..."okay, sort of Irish then?"

Check out these old Sherlock Holmes storied on BBC Sounds btw. i love them

Great video. Its worth noting that this was also a period in which GW were quite into rainbows. The colleges of magic get developed the next year and with them dungeon bowl ans the rainbow wizard college and their rainbow striped team. Just one of those obsessions that briefly gripped the studio.

I enjoyed the version in Wyrd Science too. Ive always been a bit obsessed with the phenomenon of The Price of Freedom.

I suppose i think that its all driven by nostalgia and i dont know how many people who are actually driven by nostalgia for that image. I always felt like Paul Bonner ork art freebooter art would be a high point. But then the auction house must know what theyre doing!
