My last lift of the Md State Powerlifting Championship. 197.5 KG with the Emperor’s finest in the background.
Spent my weekend lifting heavy stuff and putting it back down. I went 7 of 9 and increased my deadlift meet PR by 5kg. Not bad for my first meet this year and first at 50. I got 1st in Masters 2 - 110kg. My training partner, Phil, got 2nd in open 110kg and first as a special Olympian
