Apparently the legal opinion at DOJ is that they can enter a home without a judges warrant. OK. If that means no-knock entry I hope they understand that this is exactly the way they will meet occupants who are armed and resisting.

I understand that the SS made a visit to a woman who had posted that the administration needed to be dragged into court, Nuremberg style. They have a tough job but unless someone poses a threat, they are just burning gas and time.

For those not so familiar with the military, the use of the regular Army allows trump some advantage. He could federalize/mobilize the MN National Guard (more appropriate) but those are homeboys and they might not execute with vigor. Federal troops don't constitute a loyalty-to-MN problem for him.

Immediately after my inauguration I will place all ICE employees on administrative leave. At the headquarters all appointees are terminated. I will charge the professional staff (now promoted as needed) to give me a plan for a reduced, mission focused ICE in 30 days. Then terminate 2025/2026 hires.
