Homemade spaghetti sauce. Sadly. Had to order a new pressurecooker gauge. My pressure cooker gauge didn’t work. So. This batch is not shelf stable. Will toss in freezer once jars are completely cooled. Though it tasted great! Using the large jar to make lasagna tonight. #ferrantifarm #homesteading
