Gourgeist gals; Pie, Spoopy and Pepo

Been a little while since Spoopy last appeared, and she brought some friends this time 'o'

I mean it's November now so they're a little late to the party, but it's still autumn so close enough :P

Three anthropomorphised Gourgeist stood with each other in front of a starry night sky, with the centre one wrapping her arms around the other two as a group hug 'v' Thankfully, a long time spent around trainers means they don't do the whole 'soul-taking' thing wild Gourgeist do, so they're safe to be around. Though, for some people, them simply being ghost-types capable of that sort of thing does tend to scare some people away... Pie, on the left, is a jumbo-sized Gourgeist. A little more timid than the other two and rarely seen without one of the other two. Spoopy, in the middle, is a shiny with a fancy costume consisting of a top hat and bowtie. She even made herself a little suit to go along with it, which she's had since she first appeared. And Pepo, on the left, is a recent addition to the group; an XS Gourgeist with maxed-out IVs found in the wild recently. She has a hat and tie of her own, but hasn't fully accessorised like Spoopy has. --- A little late with this one mainly because I've had a lot of art to finish. Was meant to have this up in October... but surely early November is still alright, right? 'v'

It has been a long time since her services were needed, but that does not mean her skills have dulled at all since the last time she fought... though I'm sure a lot of competitive players already knew that... --- Drew her because I got a real good Zacian a while back and thought that drawing one might be cool given the armour and such... didn't mean to take this long to get to it though - oops Either way, hope people like her 'v'

A humanoid robot seemingly based off Zan Partizanne (or at least my humanoid version of her, given the more humanoid figure). She's stood standing upright, looking right towards the viewer, with her arms behind her back. Her design shares a lot of general similarities to Zan herself and the mage sisters in general, given the design of her torso, though uses a orange/copper colour scheme. The chain between the two heart adornments is also replaced with a twisted copper wire. Her head is shaped somewhat similarly to Zan Partizanne's hair and has a face mask hiding most of her face like the other mages, though she also has a visor that hides her upper face as well. She noticeably has a neck and a 'spine' visible between her body segments. Lastly, a glowing yellow rod is seen in the centre of her chest, presumably acting as a power source of some kind. --- Another really random character today, though somehow not the first time I've drawn the 'copper' Zan Partizanne from those behind-the-scenes development screenshots. However, last time she was more humanoid, while this time I thought a more 'robotic' look would be more fitting. I wonder what Zan herself would think of this robotic duplicate... heck, where did it even come from!? So many questions!

Ampharos is, indeed, smiling Scizor from Pokemon Smile I mean you can't exactly see the smile but I can just tell that it is there Diglett from Pokemon Smile I do not know if Diglett has the capability to physically smile, but I can sense happiness regardless

Tawna Bandicoot and Tomato on a beach hidden somewhere amidst the jungle-like flora of the N. Sanity Islands. Tawna is basically sat on Tomato, drawing small circles on his head with her finger, while Tomato's stuck beneath her going red in the face. --- Another request from the hospitalised friend because I agreed to make them things based on how long they were in for. Apparently Tawna was on their mind because this was the third Tawna image in a row they wanted. Made this version only because I liked how her face turned out. Yea the reason for making a whole new alt was because I thought this Tawna looked a little better than some of the other older Tawna arts I drew. Sadly I couldn't make some of the other edits I considered without having to redraw like half the picture... it'll probably be fine...?

Tawna Bandicoot and Tomato, still asleep as daylight shines through the window in front of them. Tawna's sleeping on the pillows as intended while Tomato has somehow ended up stuck under her leg... must move around in his sleep a lot The bed itself also appears to be made out of repurposed pieces of crates, judging by the partially-visible '?' behind a piece of wood on the headboard. The nightstand is also just a crate. --- Got a few requests from a friend to make their visit to hospital a little more bearable. Admittedly, most of 'em aren't my sort of thing, but this one was cute and I liked the soft lighting from the sun so I remade part of it to make it look a bit nicer 'v'

Parfait, a Gothitelle, in a bunny suit; looking embarrassed. The suit is fairly standard, minus a few extra bows on the thighs and either side of the ears to keep some of the Gothitelle imagery in-tact. Apparently she tried to order a costume for some party and someone must have sent her the wrong one. Why she put it on I don't know, and why she hasn't taken it off yet I... also don't know. A request to remake the 'kiss-proof lipstick' comic panel with Muffet and Tomato. Muffet's wearing a silken purple dress and is leaning over a counter applying lipstick while spiders bring her various different types of lipstick to try. She's looking back over her shoulder, one of her arms on her side, looking back at Tomato. Tomato, meanwhile, is webbed down to the couch, a little red in the face and disoriented, covered in various lipstick marks while spiders (whom are also covered in lipstick) wander around. ...he's been stuck there for several hours at this point - so long that Muffet has already had to clean his face twice to make more room - somebody please consider giving him a hand... or a pair of scissors... something?

Pearl, the Gardevoir girl from a few images back, now using Psychic to pick up various objects telekinetically. While most of them aren't in the image, one particular object she has picked up seems like it was unintentional, as Tomato slowly floats upwards behind her Due to the mental concentration needed for this she's incredibly focused and seemingly hasn't noticed her name being called behind her, even as the loudness of the calling increases... let's just hope she notices before she launches him at the opponent...

Drew a new Ariados girl - and she seems happy to see you 'v'

Do be a bit careful though; some of her webs are poisonous!

An anthropomorphised, humanoid Ariados, looking back towards the viewer while her back is turned. She has primarily red skin though her arms become purple and yellow starting at the elbow, and she still retains the usual colours on the abdomen as Ariados itself has. The two pseudo-legs on the abdomen also remain from Ariados' design, but lay flatter in the picture. She has purple sclera, much like Ariados itself, and a spike on her forehead. She also has blonde hair, tied back with two purple hairbands in a way that vaguely resembles Ariados' legs. Mainly wanted to make this since, while I have drawn an Ariados girl or two in the past, I didn't feel like either really captured the resemblance well enough and wanted to give it another go, and what better month to try? She's generally quite friendly but her spider-y appearance and nature do tend to freak people out a bit. I'd also recommend being careful around her webs; some of them may be poisonous - but I don't think she'd use those on a potential new friend Oh, look at that, she seems happy to see you 'v'

Silly little doodle for today

Been doing GBL stuff in Pokemon Go before the 'Great League Remix' league ends and I made a wacky team that battled well, so I quickly drew them 'v'

A Poliwrath, Wigglytuff and Torkoal on a podium, celebrating a victory while confetti falls around them. Poliwrath has one arm in the air and the other around Torkoal's shell while the Wigglytuff floats on the Torkoal's steam --- Drew this because of a team I made for the Go Battle League's 'Great League Remix' cup. Given that a lot of the more dominant Pokemon are absent here it shakes up the meta a surprising amount, by the looks of things. Sure, the team isn't 'meta' and sure it has some awkward matchups, but a ~75-80% win ratio is pretty incredible in my opinion so I felt like they deserved some art to celebrate. Busy week so not much art got done, but here's Pearl; a purified Gardevoir from my Pokemon Go adventures I've been meaning to draw for a couple months

She appears to be quite tall for a Gardevoir and has a few notable characteristics such as her hair covering her eyes, her white shoulders giving the appearance of a shoulderless top, and a rounded chest 'spike'. She also seems to be a minty green colour; a slightly different tone compared to other Gardevoir --- Since she was based off a specific Pokemon from my Pokemon Go account there's a high chance she'll show up again if anything interesting happens, though at the moment the only real event that has happened to her is being stuck in a gym next to a beach for roughly a month... I mean honestly not a bad place to be - I guess it could be looked at as a sort of holiday? 'v'

Light from nearby stars shines into its crystal, refracting a pink shine. --- I knew I had to draw it the moment I saw it, but I held off until ZA's actual release date to minimise the chance of me spoiling this for anyone who might've missed/intentionally avoided the leaks Dare I say a deceptively interesting mega evolution... honestly thinking about it this might be a contender for one of my favourites from the new game Classic sci-fi elements, a pinch of horror, and a LOT of silliness too 'v'

Everything seems calm this time, with the Splounders looking happy while Zee sits upon one and the Blurp Girl lays atop another, kicking her legs. Big fish that tend to just... float aimlessly around. Usually found near the surface, but capable of travelling to deeper depths if they desire. Typically harmless, mainly appearing as more of a nuisance than an actual threat. Also, despite their name, they appear more like a catfish than a flounder... Originally the Blurp Girl didn't think too much about them. They simply just... swam around a bit. However, upon learning they were super squishy and rather friendly, she instantly fell in love with them. She's always happy to see them nowadays, and they seem happy to see her too 'v' Blurp Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Blurp Girl, clutching the rapidly-sinking remains of a small wooden boat. Behind her, the culprit behind her current predicament; the legendary Thwomp-Faced Fish! A creature born of a chaotic force that fell upon the mushroom kingdom long ago, or so they say. Its encounter chronicled in a book from times passed (in this case, Super Mario-kun Volume 9). Many sailors have hoped to encounter it, whether to simply catch a glance or to catch the beast itself, but attempts have almost always failed. Some are sceptical as to whether it even exists! Blurp Girl didn't intend to find it; instead it found her! Perhaps she strayed into its territory... but whatever she did she should make herself scarce since that stony sea monster seems anything but friendly! Blurp Rating: ?????

Nibble, denizen of the waters around Rougeport, and a rather problematic encounter. Lives up to its name; biting everything, including other fish, just for the fun of the game

Unfortunately, that includes the Blurp girl herself - Ouch!

Blurp Girl, having exited the water on a platform seemingly located in Rougeport Underground. She looks upset, looking back at her injured tail. Behind her, Nibble leaps out of the water enthusiastically. Nibble, a fish with an appearance closely resembling a Chain Chomp. Known for preventing players from taking a dip in the water in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door by snapping at them and launching them back to shore. It is undetermined whether 'Nibble' refers to an individual, or if the whole species shares the name... and its nature of biting everything that enters the water makes it rather hard to determine. While she does find Nibble very cute, the constant biting means she can't actually go in the water for a swim, lest she get bitten by Nibble's razor-sharp teeth. Sadly, nothing seems to stop that snapping spree, so pool's closed whenever it's around, which Blurp Girl is very sad to hear. Blurp Rating: ⭐️

Known for their sleepiness, they REALLY don't like being disturbed during nap time. Probably a bad time to say 'hello' then...

Blurp Girl attempting to greet Zee, RandomRiot's fish girl, who was sleeping amidst a school of Rip Van Fish. She's successful at waking her up, and she waves back drowsily. Rip Van Fish are known for their sleepiness; spending most of their days conserving energy as they nap on lake beds and oceanic caves. The problem, however, is that they are easily disturbed from their sleep by noise or motion, and are typically very aggressive for a while upon waking up, so it's always advised to be cautious around them. She finds their sleeping faces very silly so she likes to watch them nap, but she's not very good at keeping still and quiet as she does so. Once they wake up she often finds herself having to make herself scarce, which is unfortunate. Blurp Rating (Rip Van Fish):⭐️⭐️⭐️ The follow-up, where the Blurp Girl's careless greetings cause the Rip Van Fish to wake up. Worse yet, it appears more of the school was napping just out of sight, and now various pairs of glistening eyes are watching and approaching from the darkness. Zee, RandomRiot's fish girl, simply freezes mid-wave and waits awkwardly for them to calm down... hopefully... I mean, Zee is here, and she IS a fish, and it would surely be wrong of the Blurp Girl to not acknowledge her, right? At the same time, it's not nice to rank and rate friends like that... but the ranking system is already set up... oh well, there's an easy solution to this: Blurp Rating (Zee):⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cheep Cheeps; probably one of the most common species in the mushroom kingdom's waters

They come in all sorts of colours and varieties and are quite tame, so regardless of their simple appearance there's always room for spectacle 'v'

Starting from the leftmost Cheep Cheep in the circle and going anti-clockwise we have: Eep Cheep (Yellow), Super Mario World Cheep Cheep (Brownish orange), a 'basic' Cheep Cheep (Red), one from one of the Mario and Luigi games (Purple), one using the colouration from Mario 3's Fortress levels (Blue) and an alternate Cheep Cheep colour scheme now mostly seen on Deep Cheeps (Green) Cheep Cheeps are simple, most just swim around all day in the water rather aimlessly, and while their appearance is simple there is a large variety among their species regarding colouration. Simple as they may be, she can't help but admire how carefree they appear, and the large varieties make no two schools truly alike. Blurp Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Blurp Girl, swimming around inside a Nep-Enut from Yoshi's Island. She's looking up at its face from within, while the Nep-Enut is looking back down at her, a little confused. Nep-Enuts are a vague relative of the Blargg that live in, and are at least partially made of, water. They were never particularly common, but as time has gone on they've become rarer and rarer to encounter, presumably due to how much the island has changed over the years. Even so, Blurp Girl is happy to encounter one, swimming around inside it quite happily. Thankfully, the Nep-Enuts don't seem to mind, even if they find it a little confusing. I mean, at the end of the day, it's basically a living pool of water so of course she's going to like them. Blurp Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The waters of the mushroom kingdom are full of a huge variety of fish. However, of the larger species, the Porcupuffer stands out due to its... tenacity

Bad-tempered and dangerous, even to other fish. She isn't very fond of these guys

Blurp Girl being dragged away by a Porcupuffer, as one of its spines has pierced her swimsuit and gotten snagged on it. Blurp Girl doesn't look so much worried as annoyed, sat on the Porcupuffer's back with her arms crossed. Porcupuffers are one of the larger fish species that can be found among various parts of the mushroom kingdom. They tend to dwell near the surface, but have been spotted at deeper depths as well from time to time. They are noticeably rather aggressive, though unlike other large fish it isn't due to a desire to feed - they just aren't particularly social creatures. Typically, seeing one of them is bad news, and they tend to bully other creatures out of the water, especially the more humanoid ones like Mario and co. This has lead to a few... altercations between the Blurp girl and Porcupuffers in the past, so her opinion of them is rather poor as a result. Blurp Rating: ⭐️
