Maybe try googling “release sacral joint” (or sacroiliac joint). I’ve had relief by standing, lifting my knee to 90° straight forward, then rotating it laterally outward (away from the body’s centerline). Sometimes I get a pop in my lower back. Go both ways. (I’m no doctor or physical therapist!)
