It’s a fun inexpensive thing to do if you’re with kids - or - if you’re with grown ups, there’s are some cracking pubs around.

This is true. And also, if you’re living somewhere ‘off the beaten track’ and a comedian does come to you, try to support the event as it will increase the likelihood of us telling other performers how great your town is.

Oh and almost forgot, I was also in lovely Tiverton earlier this year.

Hopefully it’s changing although I can fully understand from a performer’s point of view why you’d choose a gig an hours drive away over one that is an eight hour round trip. That said, Exeter was fantastic!

I did the show in Exeter five months ago. Hopefully back next year but yet to confirm 👍
