I was thinking about this the other day, and I'm also opting out.
I recently decided to spend more time with friends and family, and spending the holidays doing crazy coding problems is not on my priorities (its a personal opinion tho) 🤗
Of course, opting out does not make you a worse developer.

This year, like last year, I’m being kind to my psyche and opting out. AoC is one of the most fun things ever, but it added a lot of pressure to my holidays. I’m too busy for it 😭. Remember folks you can do these puzzles any time after they are released 🤓
