I had a friend in Japanese school who was a Half-English, Half-Japanese and she spoke Japanese with the strongest Londoner accent, it was great.

Had this exact feeling with the other shows, you'd get a filler episode or side adventure that wouldn't have you blink an eye with a 20+ episode show like TNG but when a show is 8 episodes long you start watching the clock...how are they gonna pay off these plotlines in 2-3 episodes?

I feel like the closest thing would be if in the middle of a season of Frasier, the cast of Cheers show up and go on an entirely different adventure without Frasier for two episodes

The execution may have been goofy but I ended up being really intrigued by the Mods for showing a glimmer of what a post Galactic Civil War culture would look like. Although cliche, some of the Tusken stuff was intriguing! There just wasn't enough time given to put meat on some interesting bones.

I love Tem but making Boba a crime boss who doesn't want to do crime or be mean to anyone and who has to have a partner doing most of the dirty work really didn't work for me. Added on to that was an odd episode structure where half the episodes were in flashback and two episodes are just mando eps.
