Yeah, I’ve used the Linux version a bit while developing and its great

Archipelago is a blast, also Firebot is a bot I recommend a whole lot and I'm definitely unbiased just don't look at the teams page on the Firebot site lol

But yeah, Firebot just had an amazing beta release that has a lot of Quality of Life updates and fun new features so a great time to try it

Using it now, hints seem to not be showing in chat, will look into that tonight

I can definitely add that functionality! Will put that on the list for the next release, it should be fairly straightforward to do

In the future, I plan to have more tabs in addition to the chat pane like a GUI tracker to see items/locations without chat commands and a tab for current hints, but going to make sure the chat/events are solid before I start getting into that

Included are some pretty useful chat commands for quickly referencing your current inventory/checked locations, and you can connect to multiple sessions concurrently (Events will be fired off for any connected session)

Firebot currently has a Streamdeck plugin for actual Streamdeck software and the ability to run stuff with API Calls, nothing out of the box as far as a virtual streamdeck but the next update is going to have a lot of new functionality with websockets/webhooks so should be possible to make one soon

And Steam Frame is an anagram for "ats freemam" which ALMOST sounds like "That's Freeman" and also he wears glasses which HAVE frames!

Definitely would recommend putting a feature request in on the Firebot Github for the missing Source Filter stuff, I can take a look into fixing that :P

I'm still in the Discord for now and that is in fact what is currently happening (as well as a lot of long time staff members getting banned for disagreeing with him lol)

It's not open source, unfortunately, and based on what I've seen the guy has no intentions of releasing the source and is the sole person in control of the project at this point

(also related I have something huge related to Firebot to show y'all soon, very close to being ready for release :3)
