Currently running at 4.22 since installation last December.
Have adjusted our DHW schedule in June which now should improve efficiency even more.
Plus solar being added in Jan/Feb so even lower costs.
Currently sat around £600 for the year. Entire house is 21C.
Boilers suck. ASHPs rock.

Yes but (and please don’t take this the wrong way as I’m also an EV driver curious how this will be implemented)
Petrol VAT = 20%
Public charging VAT = 20%
Home electricity VAT = 5%
Home solar charging VAT = 0
They have to do something. But the mechanics I don’t think is well thought out.

This is what we do every year now!
It’s such a fun day. Last year we took four people in & had a Christmas dinner fondue together 😁
We ate with an Iranian asylum seeker, a 59yr old antiques dealer, a 68 yr old lady whose dad was in hospital, & a young Canadian guy who recently moved to Newcastle.
