The other two previous articles on the case use Ms Brooks throughout. Anyway, reckon that's enough evidence to prove rather than just assert bias in a formal complaint.

More specifically, under honorifics (names/people part of the BBC news style guide) - 'Mr, Mrs etc should be used, except for convicted criminals'.
