Best part about this shirt endeavour was simply having the time to deep dive into a project for days on end, make mistakes, and improve my skills. I haven't had any physical creative projects for a long time, and I'm realizing how much I've needed it. Just wish we had a Dressew here dammit (IYKYK)

I made some adjustments from the muslin version, like different hem shape, slightly narrower width, no back darts, double topstitching, and reinforced the cuffs & collar with interfacing. Kept the sleeves unnecessarily long though. You might even think it's not homemade if you stay at a distance!

Finished shirt #2 today. I tried to squeeze this one in before my sabbatical ended on the 14th, but I ran out of time, and also thread (note: you will likely need more than 100 yards for a garment with topstitching).
