Bilbao Half Marathon 2025—01:30:00 🏃

First half marathon in 3 years since being diagnosed with arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, and exactly 2 years to the day since I was last rushed to hospital! Been quite the journey and I’m honestly just so happy to be back running and racing😃

“This is just the beginning.” That’s how Summit Chair closed the Global Climate and Health Summit.

From heat to funding to resilience, one message rang clear: climate action must protect health. And physiology is central to that mission.

The data is in.

2024 was the warmest year on record, and probably in the whole of human history – about 1.6°C warmer than the pre-industrial period.

More than 1 billion individual thermometer measurements have been condensed into a single vital number.
