This bulb in the east district was my white whale though, lmao. I shoulda known that being a Good Videogame, there would've been a hint system for cleanup later on. But my dumbass ran around in circles for like an hour before giving up and coming back later 🙃

Finally picked up The Spirit and the Mouse, and this game is so good?!
I've been really enjoying running around this chill little french town collecting bulbs. The level design, the art direction, and the music are all top notch, just a lovely little game.

This describes Void Sols better than anything I could come up with

My cat is such a doofus dude

Is this engagement?

Me and the boys saw Sausage Party on release forever ago. The awkward silence after every joke is even worse in a theater.

I found out about mega starmie from a cosplay I saw at an expo in Portland 😂

I'm visiting Portland for the weekend, and wowee is it pretty here. Definitely lucked out with the fall colors and no rain 🤩

Finally finished the true ending of Silksong!
To summarize my thoughts in one sentence: That is probably the most difficult and tedious that a game can be while still being engaging enough to keep me hooked until the end 😆

That's totally the port of Carthage in the new Fire Emblem, yeah?

When I was playing FF7 Rebirth I couldn't believe how much prop detail they put into furnishing literally every room in the game, even if there's less than 5 minutes worth of stuff to do in them. Meanwhile I've just been reusing the same 10 prefabs ad infinitum 😆

Find some one who looks at you the way my cat looks at his favorite toy (murderous intent)

She did killer art for Void Sols, so I gotta drop a big vouch!

Neat level design detail I noticed replaying Bloodborne:
The first major shortcut back to the Central Yharnam lamp is hidden through a house off the main bridge, which can be hard to spot. Except that Fromsoft INTENTIONALLY draws your attention that way by placing an ambush right by the entrance.

Also the pixel art backgrounds by @franekk.bsky.social are consistently stunning. Seriously, props to the whole team for such a meticulously crafted game.

I'm a bit late to the party, but I really enjoyed my time with Arco. The tactical/realtime hybrid combat system takes a bit of getting used to, but once it clicks, it's incredibly engaging and expressive. Definitely a strong recommend to people for looking for a more unique experience.

Don't know how I've gone this long without posting my cat, but here's the cute lil fella. He dresses better than I do tbh

Truly sad to see all these random DS spinoffs fail the cool map w/ exploration (b) portion of the Balthier Wallace test. They come so close to proper representation.

When all was said and done, this was what I had in the editor! It took about 60 hours of work across 3 weeks, and lot of studying gameplay footage/models. This whole exercise was immensely useful, as I was able to figure out a whiteboxing work flow and identify some key problem areas.
