I am guessing if UEFA hit them with a fine/ban for losing control of their fans, Prague will play back that they did everything they could and Spurs ignored them. Spurs would then be accused of not managing crowds effectively in their own stadium.

I am guessing it is people in that area of the stadium trying to rip it down and hurting themselves. Which would be fine with me - the hurting bit, that is.
