I am starting to feel like a broken record, but I also found this video by Adam Neely to be great.

I've been timing my Bsky app for 30min for two weeks. I now reduced it to 15min a day if I'm not on a PC to pass less time on my phone. Same for Discord.
Using those timing functions sure is useful, huh... Most suggested to all, it does wonders to enjoy irl some more!
