In February it will be one year off of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok and my only regret remains not doing it sooner. I still have room to grow with how I am present &mindful I am and im glad I left.
Also just because this feels good for me dosent mean thats the same for you.

This semester I broke part of my foot and two toes, had kidney stones, my dog, uncle and guinea pig past away and I found out my mom needs open heart surgery so God bless starting my break early and GOOD BYE FALL SEMESTER.

There was a time where I truly believe because I struggle to perform and like, "small talk" it was because I was anti community and a bad person all because some "cool" people on Instagram said that.
Anyways, im autistic and it turns out struggling with small talk dosent mean im the anti christ. 🤷🏼♂️
