Surprisingly, I never even heard of the game Rogue until relatively recently, when the name was being thrown a lot. I did know of Nethack though, and have been playing it on and off for many years now. I even discovered that Mastertronic released a version of it on the Speccy in 1989.

I did it! After weeks upon weeks of trying, I finally managed to collect enough gold to buy the oyhr gragf in Blue Prince. This will apparently help me greatly in solving some of the very tricky late game puzzles.

My latest weird dream. I was writing a novel about a haunted cove somewhere in County Waterford, inspired by the works of Daphne Du Maurier. I had decided to name the main character Sadhbh Geoghegan purely to see how non-Irish readers would butcher the pronunciation. 😜
