Man, took a break from working on my book revisions, and played a bit of "Where Winds Meet" and I am such a sucker for Wuxia based stories and themes. Such a fun free game.
I can't say how long it will be in rotation, but at least for right now I am certainly enjoying my time with it.

First congrats to my friends who worked hard on the new Call of duty. Happy for you to be able to have a job and I hope you managed to find some joy in the project.

Okay, did a huge PR today, so that is fun.
Rewrote chapter 2 of containment, to fix some issues with pacing and flow. Also fun.
Learned more about self-publishing, which while fun, made my brain hurt.

I apply for the Pokémon Company every time relevant roles come up, but it has been so many years now that I literally see the growth of my career across each version of my resume I send (I save them all). Not to toot my own horn, but I'm kinda proud of myself ngl. 😭 I'm working really hard.

didn't know that I had a weird dns issue from the website, so that is fixed. I will eventually get around to rebuilding the site and actually doing something with the domain.
But as someone who is primarily a backend/infra engineer, I don't do the fancy front end websites, so i gotta learn.

I think I am going to log out of work early to focus on working on my book. All the chapters are done so I am proofreading and cleaning up consistency issues.
