I wrote in September about how DOJ is slow-walking the cases challenging Trump’s executive orders targeting law firms.
That hasn’t changed.

The Trump admin has often rushed to the Supreme Court this year. In the law firm cases, though, DOJ — even though it lost below — is moving the appeals as slowly as possible.

Just went to a concert by the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Choir. Just outstanding. Moving to hear them at the top of their game. My hair was standing on end frequently. It was like the Mormon Tabernacle Choir on steroids, but with a totally lesbian and gay makeover. Spine tingling.
