Not really, unless you need to do a lot of printing or can get it hilariously cheap. Especially in the modern age of printers where you can get locked out of the entire thing because of printer ink DRM.

Yes, absolutely. Quality will always be better with a scanner. You can get a decent scanner for cheap enough that if you do a lot of trad art, it'll pay for itself. Especially if you're planning to use carry them into a digital art medium.

It wouldnt be nearly as annoying if anybody ever fucking properly got their headlights aimed at the ground rather than keeping them aimed straight forward.
