Many people are focused on what they don't like or want. I hear so many complaints! But it is possible to intentionally look for things to appreciate and offer thanks...any day of the year and in any situation. We do that on Thanksgiving but can offer gratitude all year.

It's easy to think, "It's all pretty good...and comfortable. If this is as good as it gets, that's fine."

Well, that type of thinking keeps you creating "this is as good as it gets." You don't create anything better.

As part of the Inspired Creator Community curriculum, we discussed signs last week. The consensus was that most of us are conscious of receiving signs, or we block or discount them. Sometimes we become aware of them, but we still doubt it's a sign. It isn't "sign-y" enough.

Don’t think you’re crazy if you feel upset about being ghosted. Ghosting tends to stir up intense feelings, even if the relationship wasn’t long or especially close. In fact, the distress this experience causes is tied to several well-documented psychological mechanisms.
