This is worse than pathetic. The constant drum beat of economic nationalism from the French government around rearmament shows them to not be serious in the face of Russian aggression.
France has blocked an EU initiative to let Ukraine use a European loan to purchase British made Storm Shadow missiles, according to The Telegraph. Paris says the money should be spent within the EU, while several other member states support looser rules. #Ukraine

The police in the UK are getting completely out of hand. There is no reasonable interpretation of the law by which saying ‘globalise the intifada’ can be considered hate speech.
