Sustained high meat prices on both sides of the pond are changing the burger business - for the benefit of people and the planet.

There are HUGE economic and environmental benefits for Thailand if it moves part of its protein production from animals to plants, including a THB 1.3 economic boost and more than one million additional jobs.
