incidentally I tried to use libretro for a project a few months ago and it was... you know how people say "it's the worst option, except all other options", what they usually mean is "the problem space is inherently hard". This one felt like the worst by default, because there simply WERE no others

Though the VGHF is right next to me so maybe the clusters are just weird; the names are apparently LLM-generated

Apparently they were considering a Famicom release for that game! Which makes sense when all the logic is on the cartridge CPU side

oh yeah that one's wild, many SNES games have a better CPU than the underpowered console one but that's got to be the most powerful one by far, and only used for shogi AI
