No, at least not that I'm aware of... I'm part of the monitoring program because I know folks on the team. If I recall I think they have a few hundred folks registered, not sure how they identified all of them.

1) Why does a regulated monopoly have trade secrets? No one can compete with them by definition...
2) Why would take all these secrets, put them in one book, and label them "Georgia Power Trade Secrets."
