PBOT’s own survey—which they never posted online, and never did anything to reach out to users of the bars and restaurants—shows 70% support for keeping the outdoor dining structures.

And they’re using this survey as support for removing them!
Also PBOT’s own survey data showed that people like and want this plaza. How was this decision made?

The city of Ljubljana has an arrangement with JCDecaux to place ad kiosks like the one at left. In exchange, JCDecaux provides the BicikeLJ bike share system at “nearly free” rates: €3 for an annual subscription.
