I still have faith that the Code of Conduct Committee will dismiss these nonsense challenges, and I look forward to being volunteering with the DFL and candidates for many years and decades to come.

But the idea that someone would continue to volunteer after being booted out is genuinely hilarious.
The DFL “centrists” on Twitter still want us to volunteer for Walz, even if our conduct is so bad that we get kicked out of the DFL 🤣🤣

I think you are making the right decision! Work with the officials directly first, and then if that dead ends (as it has) go public. You aren't making any big accusations in this thread, just stating the facts as best you understand them.

Richard doesn’t respond to me either. At least Ken answered my calls when he was Chair (not that I called a lot, but the few times I did, Ken would answer and chat).
I also tried calling Richard today to discuss ways to handle the Code of Conduct topic. He didn’t answer, so I left a voicemail asking him to call me back. So far, have not received any response. I have also CC’ed him on my written responses to the Committee on Sunday night, and no response to that.

This is a clear and obvious retaliation for good faith attempts to use the Code of Conduct process internally within the party to resolve this matter.

I have no faith that my complaint is being handled properly. I have no faith that my complaint is being kept confidential.

These complaints assert broadly that the claims about transphobia at the caucus are false, that my eye movements are evidence I was looking for a person of color to discriminate against (yes, really!), and that we were defaming members of the caucus by posting links to news articles about crimes.

At some point that same day, five members of the Feminist Caucus leadership all filed code of conduct complaints against myself and several other people. These complaints all have sequential case numbers and were clearly filed in conjunction with each other (they're all witnesses for each other).

I wonder if they invited Flanagan?

Perhaps the best part of this is that the motion for “Dismissal for cause” will be made by Feminist Caucus Vice-Chair and noted vehicle driver Cyndy Martin
The effort to remove Dan as Secretary of the CBRC is expected to continue at the November 22nd meeting.

Glad to see the DFL is focused on the important things!
