The winter shadow box I've been making is nearly finished. I've painted the edges of the frame black and the inside of the base white. The only thing left is to attach the 2D Christmas trees and back panel, as well as the lights that will illuminated the back of the trees. #DIY #woodworking

I've now glued and stained the case for the winter shadow box I've been working on. I still need to touch up the edges of the sides of the frame as the plywood I used is not very good. #DIY #woodworking

I've now finished gluing the 2D Christmas trees together for the winter shadow box I'm making. The next step now is to get a lighting kit for it and glue together the case the trees will be housed inside. #DIY #woodworking

I have finished the art nouveau weather station I've been making for the past few weeks. It's come out alright, but there are some things I think could have been a little better such as the filing of the brass scroll work. #DIY #woodworking

🧵 organ transcriptions by Thomas Heywood that got many years ago. At the time I bought them I was going to learn them when I felt I was ready. However, I find Heywood's transcriptions to be overly complicated and not that well transcribed for the organ.

I've cutout two holes in the side panels for the Gothic Table Clock. These will be gothic grilles that will have a piece of fabric sandwiched between the scroll work and the side panels. #woodworking #DIY

Today I just trimmed the top and bottom plates of the clock case. There is still a little more work I need to do before I can start gluing the case together. The round corner pieces will support two columns. on the front of the clock. #woodworking #DIY #clocks

I've finally finished making the wooden boxes that are for some of my clock repair tools.
Looking back I think that what I probably should have been working on is making a tool box, as I feel that making a box to store crew drivers in may have not been the best idea. #DIY #woodworking

I finally got round to painting the Christmas trees for the Winter Shadow Box I started making weeks ago. This was a bit of a challenge as I think it would have been better to spray them than paint them by hand. #woodworking #DIY
