Anyone know what these are? Adam’s building manager put them on the window ledge while he was away. We think they may be bird repellent but not sure. He’s on the 22nd floor so unlikely for rodents and too many to be for insects.

I fucking love this kid so much. She was truly one of a kind. I’m grateful I’ve healed to the point I can see pics like this and not collapse. But it’s not fucking fair she’s gone.
