Since I'm already more than halfway through the last book in this year's stack, I've taken the liberty of assembling my next stack in all its towering glory.

Today at #chezRat: Vegetable Kashmiri Masala with mint yoghurt and homemade naan bread.

The naan's texture needs a bit of work, but otherwise I'm quite satisfied.

Yeah, it's a German thing. One in no way deserving of the title "curry", but I guess that's how it is. Delicious in any case. ^^

Got myself this lovely little work of art at the art show. Only one I bid on (everything else I was vaguely interested in had already exploded in price), ended up getting it with no contenders.

Just a crappy snapshot because I wanted to hurry packing it up and free up the space for others.

I like how the #EF stage department placed the drum kit in a separate enclosure right in front of the airlock.

Makes it look like they are prepared to just jettison @cameodaroo.bsky.social into space in case of excessive percussion.

Today at #chezRat: (Vegetarian) Tuna Mac&Cheese with a side of carrot and celery salad.

Yet again, the Mac came out more stodgy than I would have liked. Guess I'll need to make the sauce even _more_ liquid next time.

Ergo: Today at #chezRat, I made a big pot of beef goulash stew with potatoes and green beans. My grandmother used to call this (or something very similar to it) "bean tokane", but I can't find any evidence that this name actually exists.

Just having a wee taste now, because most of it is for later.
