#TheBoysInTheBoat It makes me sad that I never went out for crew , it makes me want to go watch all those old German propaganda movies (then delete my watch history) and it makes me want to do a closer re-read. 11/10 stars best book I’ve read and I’m a librarian .

#TheBoysInTheBoat feels like it’s gonna be a come-from-behind feel good sports story about a boring sport . But it’s actually the biggest payoff of my nonfiction reading career with the most interwoven narrative of all time , wrapped in life lessons, actual sports excitement, and heart.

I usually hit my hometown protests in Fairbanks , which are more spread out. It was neat to see such a concentrated crowd
