It is hard to know these days what is real and what is AI generated, but if this is the former then it certainly is a 'lucky shot'.

The word 'patience' is commonly used as an English translation of the Tibetan word 'zopa', but a more accurate translation would be 'tolerance', which implies 'in the moment' whereas patience implies 'waiting'.
Hard times build determination and inner strength. Through them, we can also come to appreciate the uselessness of anger. Instead of getting angry, we can nurture a deep caring and respect for obstacles—for they provide us with invaluable opportunities to practice patience.

Ozempic maker Novo Nordisk is expanding manufacturing in Ireland, buying a plant in Athlone and planning further development at its Grange Castle site, aiming to boost supply of its popular diabetes and weight-loss drugs amid huge global demand, with production likely increasing in the coming years.
Just saw it noted that 100% of the world’s Ozempic supply comes from Denmark, as does a somewhat smaller percentage of the world’s insulin. Almost as if it’s really quite a small world!

Irish passports issued between 23 December 2025 and 6 January 2026 inclusive are not fully compliant with international travel standards, so such passport holders may have an issue at eGates and Border Control. If returned they will be reissued - with no need to reapply for a new passport.
