I like the idea of more lights and public restrooms. Could have leaned into some of the connect downtown recommendations as well as funding out retractable bollards. I’m highly skeptical that the sound equipment will be pointed at a single bar.

I’m a strong NO on giving the downtown partnership an armored tactical vehicle, among other things.

It’s interesting that the department of law considers working with lobbyists like this a potential violation of the standards of conduct. There have been some very clear examples of this in recent memory.

There are cheaper ones, though this is very much a rich young roomate situation and not a family unit.
