The Metro Nashville Airport Authority rakes in $113 million per year in parking revenue. Someone explain to me the incentive they have for people to arrive via a bus? It’s going to take political will to prioritize this.

I do also want to point out that there are no apartment buildings struggling with double digit vacancy rates @nashvillescene.com. The ones that have that are brand new and a lease up period is built into that.

We were told NDP would be a better partner on transportation related issues and like one of the things they did to close out the year was help delay implementation of part of connect downtown further (2nd ave 2 way conversion)

I like the idea of more lights and public restrooms. Could have leaned into some of the connect downtown recommendations as well as funding out retractable bollards. I’m highly skeptical that the sound equipment will be pointed at a single bar.
