Holy crap, I just found my old MiniDisc player from maybe 1999 or 2000. My Band Atomic Box used it to play our backing tapes. It even has one of our old MiniDiscs in it. And it all still works!

I got this guitar pick from Michael J. Fox after an interview I did with him. Before the cameras started rolling, he & I & my wife were talking about guitar playing. He recommended that she check out a Baby Taylor acoustic, which she ended up getting. Fun day.

Holy shit. Yard, a two-piece synth-punk band out of Brooklyn, is fucking fantastic. Not only do they have killer songs, but they know how to put on a great performance even in a tiny bar in Astoria. Highly recommended.

The Syncussion SY-1 is an awesome two-channel, analog drum synth. So far I’ve gotten deep pulsing kicks, weird noisy snares & endless analog fucked-up-ness. Pairs well with distortion, too. Cheap at only $250 & worth every penny.
