I wasn't too impressed with Ohuhu cause the colors come out less opaque - feels like a fussier Copic, lots of layering if you want big solid colors. I believe Arrtx should still be a budget option rn where it has a brush tip & comes out thicker.

Have only used Poscas, it's a med difficulty, depends on your process & patience. They can spill and stay wet for a while to blend colors (it's quite a wait if you want a solid graphic look, but at least you won't need multiple coats like markers)

Also grateful I am not doomed to eating only gravy & cider before my evaluation tomorrow morning. Stuck at home for med prep but at least I can cook 🍖

Turkey is one of those exceptions where I prefer it as a ground meat rather than whole - for better handle on seasoning & texture.
