I was looking at the Social Security page today and found a list of FAQ’s. What should I make of this?

I have had no success in contacting SSA on the 1-800 number for the last two days. It was clear it was not operating normally as it has in the past. It should have told me how long of a wait and offer a call back. It did not. I waited 3 hours to no avail. Tonight’s message was this - WTF?
