not saying ethics are irrelevant just that they shouldn’t turn the review into a think piece. Mel Gibson aside, people still want to know if the movie/game plays well.

it’s not about liking or disliking it it’s about framing. this piece moves beyond critique of the game into critique of the developer’s ethics, which changes what kind of article it is. that’s not semantics, it’s scope
