Current goal I’m working toward is hiking Whitney! ☺️🙏🏼

Imagine hiking with a 75 pound pack on the Pacific Crest Trail and never being able to take it off until the end of the hike. Imagine how you would feel the moment you are able to walk, sleep, eat, shower, exist.. That is my reality.

I feel innately human again. That is a feeling that I was told I would never get back. I thought and believed it was gone forever. That is, until I got the diagnosis that I have been chasing for over a decade. The lightness I walk with now is a gift I wish everyone could experience.

Do not let anyone or a medical team convince you there is not anything wrong or invalidate the experience in your own body. You know how you feel and when something is not right. I am exceedingly thankful that I never gave up and advocated for myself.

Such a great loss for the GLP1 community.
