A woman is dead in Minneapolis after ICE agents opened fire.
I don’t need to be a use-of-force expert to say this plainly: she did not need to be shot.
And no fair investigation is coming from the same system that wanted this confrontation in the first place.

They Didn’t Come to Protect Minneapolis. They Came to Provoke It.
A woman is dead after an encounter with ICE agents in Minneapolis, and the rush to justify it tells us everything about where this country is headed — toward provocation, federalized force, and invest

I am impeaching Secretary Kristi Noem, who is an incompetent leader and a disgrace to our democracy.

She wreaked havoc in the Chicagoland area and has brought her reign of terror to Minneapolis. One of her rogue ICE agents shot and killed an innocent woman today. It must come to an end.

This.
Abolish and prosecute ICE. They did a murder in broad daylight today. Imagine what they're doing in the closed facilities we're somehow not even allowed to see.

One way to quantify the GOP's attack on free and fair elections:

My law firm is litigating 78 voting and election cases in 39 states. This is, by far, the largest caseload we have carried in a non-election year and close to our peak in 2024. The question is how many more can a small firm handle.

The work of these five individuals is the greatest threat to the Trump regime’s (and all authoritarians/dictators) use of U.S. social media/tech companies for the spread of propaganda, disinformation, and malinformation. 1/3
Let’s talk about something not many people are chatting about and what’s actually happening right now.

You might wonder why Imran Ahmed and the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) suddenly became targets of the U.S. government. The honest answer is that their research hit where it hurt.

More of this across the nation.
Two weeks ago I spent the whole day at the Museum of the Moving Image to listen to New Yorkers. This is what Liam shared with me.

I don't know if Trump was the head of the ring, but he definitely had a ring and got extremely angry when Epstein stole Virginia Giuffre from it.
I don't believe Donald Trump was involved in Epstein's sex trafficking ring... I believe Epstein was involved in Donald Trumps sex trafficking ring. Trump plays second fiddle to no one. Epstein didn't buy the Miss Teen USA pageant, Trump did. Do you actually think it was for the investment?

Damage?
You mean, complete nuclear annihilation.
These establishment Dems are on the side of tyranny & autocracy.
They’ve got theirs, and they’re unwilling to fight for our small share.
They should be publicly shamed & destroyed.
Chris Murphy: "There will be pretty substantial damage to a Dem brand that has been rehabilitated if on the heels of an election in which the people told us to keep fighting, we immediately stop... if we surrender without having gotten anything, I worry it'll be hard to get them back up off the mat"

The public deserves to know why MPD chose to sell out the people they’re tasked with protecting in order to bend to Trump's will. I'm repped pro bono by @rcfp.org.
