When I worked for the DOC it was during the FBI profiling era. A group of FBI agents like Robert Ressler wrote many profiling books all great reads. This right here is an excellent. It explains much of the behavior around male criminals. Some of you may be interested given we have one in the WH.

I could see him trying this via an EO. The chaos this would cause. I feel like the Butler attempt he’s going to be looking to cause some kind of empathetic shock scenario. Again with him being the “savior” of whatever that threat is. ( ie: “I am your retribution.”)
