My dad has been as high as 550 and not have any symptoms. Thankfully we have insulin so it’s not a big deal. But you’d be surprised how high one’s body can handle 300+. My dad now has a range of 250 max.

You have a rather good starting point though! I like to think our diets are harm reduction rather than making food harmless. When one puts that mentality in mind, it feels easier to diet. But yeah I’m surprised I’ve been doing so well! I hope you keep chugging along too! 💗

From what I understand, the higher the blood sugar (300+) the less accurate it is. Below 300, it’s usually very accurate.
