Exhaustion and rage notwithstanding, it will be very nice and satisfactory to start 2026 with all of these articles already submitted so I can work on newer ones. Which means, I'll have submitted three of my much-procrastinated upon sole-authored articles. I have other passion projects for 2026.

Sole-authored article is coming together nicely. It's been workshopped before and I've presented it at a conference. Both times it was very well-received but I'm tweaking it to be more current in 2025.

I say that but have been in contact with one supervisee re her article, and am right now reading through one of my sole-authored articles that I'd like to submit by year's end. Yesterday, after 10pm I was still doing academic work after I said I'd sleep. I guess I'm revved up like that rn.
