Where be that? Stockport is weird as it’s divided between a Manchester faction, a Cheshire faction, a native faction and the whole ‘new Berlin Schlick’. The WHSmiths is know TJones and it could be 1988… My favorite bars don’t feel the same…

It’s not the 90s anymore. Hell… it’s not even 2007… It’s a whole different ball game out there - and I can’t say I like it… but men of a certain age have always spoken thus….

That’s just it. Times running out. Expected to achieve more. Same age my dad was in the late 90s. He’s achieved more than me, didn’t get a single O-level and I’ve never seen him read a book. If I turn pro in anything it’ll be the same age he retired at. He had his 1st coronary at my age…
