Mental health break.
2024 was a challenging year and I'm still struggling at times. I had a pulmonary embolism in January, was first responder to my mother's stroke in March (she had a complete recovery!) and a long-term relationship ended abruptly in August. #mentalhealth #ptsd 1/2
