隣人のパーティの音がうるさすぎ！音がも騒ぐ声も！😠
明日も出勤なのですが、Entire lineのplanned closureが2つとtubeとバスのreduced serviceもあるし、Overgroundは情報がはっきりしなくてあやうい。急なキャンセルで屋外に立ちっぱなしだった昨日があまりに寒くて辛かったから、とりあえず雨と寒さに対応できるようにして行った方がいいですね。7-8℃でも油断禁物。
ということはまたバックパックとジーンズと歩ける靴ですね。
・・・通勤の過酷さでどんどんおしゃれじゃなくなるロンドン暮らし😅休日出勤がなければplanned closureがあっても平気かしら。でも休日は通勤無料というメリットもあるしなあ。

あまりにも値段が高いのでなかなかとりかかれなかった帯状疱疹ワクチン2回接種終了。しんどい副反応も終わった模様。悪寒と熱と頭痛、倦怠感と吐き気も。（念のためにやってみたLFTは陰性）
頭痛や熱っぽさに対してParacetamolやIbuprofenを何度も飲んだせいか胃痛が再発してしまいました。今朝は痛みで目が覚めてそのまま眠れず。Esomeprazoleも毎日飲んでいるんだけどな。ピロリもいないし、母が胃癌で亡くなったこと以外にはリスクファクターはないとGPからは言われるけどねえ。19歳で胃潰瘍になって以来、ストレスがかかると胃が痛む生活、地味に嫌だわ・・・日本にいたら間違いなく内視鏡してるな

Kindle本を買ったら、フォーマット制限なのか何なのか、他の本と違って私のKindle Paperwhite上でフォント調整が全くできず、薄くて細い活字しか表示されない状態・・・老眼じゃなくても無理な状態なので急いで返品。他のデバイスで読めるかどうか試してからにすべきだったかもだけど、多分これはもう「紙本で読みなさい」というお告げだと思って、古本を探すことにする。
古本といえば。最近は紙本がすぐに絶版になっちゃうなと思ったりするけど、思い出してるのが30年くらい前なのがおかしい😂。外側では、絶版で当然の時間が流れているのに、自分の中身はあんまり変わってない気でいるから笑っちゃう。
